About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Operations Executive to manage the cataloging and inventory operations at Shree Rakhi. Because our business involves thousands of unique designs, intricate materials, and massive seasonal volume spikes, this role requires exceptional attention to detail. You will be responsible for end-to-end SKU creation, maintaining digital and physical catalogues, and ensuring absolute accuracy between physical warehouse stock and system records. The ideal candidate loves data, is a master of Excel/ERP systems, possesses basic product photography skills, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Cataloging & Master Data Management:
• Product Photography & Asset Management: Take clear, high-quality pictures of new products and designs, organizing and maintaining these visual assets across the ERP system, PDF brochures, and internal drives.
• Catalogue Management:



Take full ownership of creating and maintaining digital and physical catalogues, ensuring they are always up-to-date, accurate, and ready for B2B buyers and internal sales teams.
• SKU Creation: Generate and manage accurate SKU codes, product names, descriptions, and packaging hierarchies for thousands of new and existing Rakhi designs.
• ERP/System Updating: Enter and maintain flawless master data in the ERP (Tally, SAP, or custom software), ensuring pricing, barcodes, imagery, and product attributes are perfectly synced. Inventory & Stock Management:
• Stock Tracking: Monitor the daily inwarding of finished goods from the factory and the outwarding of dispatches to ensure zero leakage.
• Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock audits at the warehouse to reconcile physical inventory against system records, immediately investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Packaging & Raw Material Tracking: Monitor inventory levels of boxes, labels, and primary packaging materials so dispatch is never delayed due to stock-outs.
• Seasonal Load Management: Organize warehouse binning and storage logic so high-demand items are easily accessible during peak dispatch months. Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Production Alignment:



Work closely with the Factory/Production team to track manufacturing schedules and warehouse arrival times.
• Dispatch & Sales Support: Coordinate with the Sales and Dispatch teams to ensure the right SKUs are picked, packed, and billed precisely according to client orders. Requirements

3–5 years in Inventory Management, Cataloging, Master Data Management, or Warehouse Operations.
• Industry Background: Proven experience in industries with massive SKU counts (e.g., Apparel, Jewelry, Footwear, or Seasonal Gifting).

Exceptional proficiency in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting are mandatory).
• System Knowledge: Robust hands-on experience with ERP systems (Tally ERP 9 / Prime, or similar inventory modules) and barcoding systems. Basic photography and PDF creation skills are required.
• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English, with the ability to communicate clearly with corporate teams and warehouse staff alike.
• Problem-Solving: High analytical capability—you can spot a stock mismatch or catalog error before it becomes a business problem.
