Key Responsibilities
• Lead structural substantiation activities for metallic and composite aircraft structures.
• Perform and review static strength, fatigue & damage tolerance (F&DT;), repair, and certification analyses.
• Provide technical guidance on fuselage, wing, empennage, nacelle, and flight control structures.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA certification requirements, MMPDS, HSB, Bruhn, and Niu methodologies.
• Lead FEM-based structural assessments using tools such as Nastran, Patran, HyperMesh, Abaqus, and ANSYS.
• Support customer engagements, technical proposals, project estimations, and design reviews.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive capability development, best practices, and process improvements. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering,



or related discipline.
• 15+ years of hands-on experience in Aerostructures/Stress Analysis.
• Robust expertise in: Static Stress AnalysisFatigue & Damage ToleranceFracture MechanicsMetallic & Composite StructuresStructural CertificationFinite Element Analysis (FEA) Preferred Skills
• Experience with Aircraft OEM programs.
• Knowledge of automation
