1. JOB PURPOSE The following detailed tasks, duties and responsibilities although expected to be implemented and managed by the Landscape Architect, should be coordinated with the company’s Senior & Leadership teams. The Landscape Architect may be required to fulfill duties as detailed below on single or multiple projects or working on strategic / special tasks and projects. The special tasks may not be project specific and maybe part of a company strategic programme. Special tasks will include the likes of QA & QC audits, procedural writing etc. The Landscape Architect must work closely with their immediate supervisor to establish and agree work scope and responsibilities of this role on the specific project; and establish the required resources / support to fulfill all required duties as agreed. 2. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVES
• Adopt a project management role for several landscape projects and report directly to organization’s Leadership Team and Project Directors.
• Liaise directly with organization’s Clients (Architects and end user clients i.e Developers) and ensure top quality service is provided on all projects.
• Assist with the delivery of organization's landscape design projects within budgets, targets and timescales agreed with Project Leaders and Organization Leadership Team.
• Preparation of design related material including sketch designs, rendered plans and illustrative material to support submissions.
• Overseeing and assisting in Preparation of 3D models in both SketchUp and Lumion to support Landscape Submissions.
• Overseeing and assisting in Preparation of technical design packages from Schematic Design to Tender in both CAD & Revit (Revit submissions involve supervising organization’s BIM team).
• Overseeing and assisting in Preparation of 2D & 3D Technical Details,



Sections and Elevations in both CAD & Revi (Revit submissions involve supervising organization’s BIM team).
• Undertake full QA/QC reviews on organization projects under your leadership in accordance with organization’s QA/QC relevant policies;
• Preparation of Design Stage Reports using InDesign.
• Preparation of Presentation material for Client Meetings, Workshops and Presentations using InDesign.
• Preparation of Landscape Specifications (Various formats);
• Attend Client and Consultant Meetings in person and on MS Teams.
• Coordination with other relevant disciplines such as Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects, Interior Designers etc.
• Lead, motivate and develop more junior members of the Landscape Design team, allocate resources and encourage effective collaboration across all levels of the organization's team.
• Actively participate in company trainings such as BIM.
• Actively engage with and motivate others to become involved with organization initiatives such as implementation of Social & Events schedules. 3. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
• 6-10 years post graduate experience.
• Degree in Landscape Architecture from recognized Institution.
• Creative design flare and graphical skills are essential to role.
• Strong hand sketching ability.
• Competence in full Adobe Suite essential.
• Solid AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Lumion skills.
• Landscape BIM experience is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Middle East experience preferred
• Proficient in computer programs such as: AutoCAD, Adobe, Sketch-up, 3D Studio Max, InDesign and Lumion. 4. COMPETENCIES
