Role Description The Client Relation Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna with possible PPO . The intern will assist in managing client interactions, responding to inquiries, and supporting clients in understanding the firm’s services and online resources. Daily tasks may include coordinating appointments, maintaining client records, and providing courteous front-line support in person, over phone, and via email. The intern will work closely with the firm’s team to ensure timely communication, gather feedback on client needs,



and help uphold high standards of client satisfaction. This role offers exposure to legal practice operations and client service within a law firm setting. The Internship is being offered for two months to choose a best fit for full time role. Stipend: Rs. 8k per month. Qualifications
• BBA and MBA Fresh Graduates Preffered
• No legal background or qualification required.
• Strong client-focused abilities, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills.
• Experience or aptitude in Customer Support, with the ability to handle queries professionally and efficiently.
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with diverse clients in a clear, respectful manner.
• Organizational skills for managing schedules, records, and follow-ups accurately.
• Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage part-time hours responsibly, and collaborate within a team environment.
• Proficiency with email, office software, and online communication tools.
