Job Title: Technical Manager

Experience:
10+ Years Department: IT Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager with 10+ years of hands-on development and technical leadership experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and internal business systems. The role requires robust expertise in frontend and backend technologies, API integrations, database management, and modern web frameworks, along with the ability to lead technical teams, manage development projects, ensure application performance and security, and deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements. Responsibilities include providing technical direction, managing development teams, resolving complex technical challenges, and driving continuous improvement in software development processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable web applications and internal business systems.
• Manage and guide the technical team, ensuring effective task allocation, project execution, and timely delivery.
• Oversee frontend development using React.js and Next.js.
• Lead backend development using Java and Python.
• Design, develop, and optimize databases using SQL.
• Oversee the development, integration, and maintenance of REST APIs and web services.
• Manage third-party integrations, external APIs, and internal system integrations.
• Lead Zoho integrations (CRM, Books, Desk, Creator, or other Zoho applications) using APIs and webhooks.
• Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Define technical architecture, development standards, and best practices.
• Monitor application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.




• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution of application and integration challenges.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development practices.
• Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and support team development.
• Manage project timelines, technical deliverables, and resource planning.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology enhancement. Skills Required
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with strong technical leadership or team management experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Python, React.js, Next.js, and SQL.
• Experience in designing and managing scalable web applications and backend systems.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Zoho API integrations and webhooks is preferred.
• Positive understanding of frontend and backend architecture.
• Strong knowledge of authentication methods such as OAuth, JWT, and API security best practices.
• Experience with Git, version control, and modern software development workflows.
• Knowledge of application performance optimization, scalability, and security.
• Strong project management, team leadership, and technical decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience managing software development teams and delivering projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Experience working with business applications, CRM systems, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to balance technical leadership, team management, and hands-on development when required. Work
