About the Company
Omkar Power & IT Systems provides power and infrastructure solutions to businesses, including UPS and backup power systems, HVAC, solar energy and power turnkey technology solutions. We are looking for a technically skilled and responsible Service Executive to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, inspect, maintain and troubleshoot UPS and backup power systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer locations.
• Diagnose electrical, battery and equipment-related issues.
• Assist with HVAC and other power infrastructure service requirements, based on technical competence.
• Conduct site visits and attend customer service complaints.
• Coordinate with the internal technical and service team.




• Maintain service reports, maintenance records and customer details.
• Support commissioning, equipment testing and handover activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers. Candidate Requirements
• 2–6 years of experience in technical service, maintenance or field engineering.
• ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with UPS systems, batteries, electrical equipment or HVAC will be preferred.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates with relevant UPS, electrical or HVAC field-service experience will be preferred.
