3–5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Affiliate Marketing | Performance Marketing | Digital Advertising ## Role Description We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Manager / Senior Manager – Affiliate Delivery & Publisher Growth to lead campaign delivery, publisher partnerships, and revenue growth across international affiliate marketing programs. The ideal candidate should have 3–5+ years of hands-on experience working with an affiliate network, performance marketing agency, or affiliate marketing company, with strong expertise in international CPS (Cost Per Sale) and CPL/CPA (Lead Generation) campaigns. This role requires strong operational knowledge of leading affiliate platforms, including Awin, Rakuten, Tradedoubler (TD), and Impact, along with an established network of international publishers, affiliate networks, and traffic partners. The candidate will be responsible for maximizing campaign performance, driving quality conversions, scaling publisher relationships, and achieving revenue and profitability targets. ##

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Delivery & Performance: Own end-to-end execution, optimization, and scaling of international CPS, CPL, and CPA campaigns across multiple verticals.
- Publisher Acquisition & Management: Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing international publishers, affiliates, subnetworks, and traffic partners.
- Affiliate Platform Management: Independently manage and operate campaigns through Awin, Rakuten, Tradedoubler, Impact, and other affiliate platforms.
- Revenue & Profitability: Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, delivery,



and gross margin targets through effective campaign allocation and publisher optimization.
- International Network Partnerships: Leverage existing relationships with international affiliate networks, publishers, and agencies to unlock new campaign opportunities and scale existing programs.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor clicks, conversions, EPC, CR, ROI, approvals, reversals, and other performance metrics to improve campaign efficiency.
- Publisher Compliance: Ensure traffic quality, source transparency, advertiser guideline adherence, and prevention of fraudulent or non-compliant activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with advertiser acquisition, business development, and finance teams to ensure smooth campaign activation, delivery, reconciliation, and payment processes.
- Team Leadership: For senior-level candidates, lead, mentor, and manage affiliate delivery executives while establishing performance benchmarks and operational processes. ## Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in an affiliate network, affiliate marketing company, or performance marketing agency.
- Strong hands-on experience managing international CPS and CPL/CPA lead generation campaigns.
- Practical working knowledge of Awin, Rakuten, Tradedoubler, and Impact affiliate panels is essential.
- Established professional relationships with international affiliate networks, publishers, and traffic partners.




- Experience managing campaigns across the US, UK, Europe, and other international markets.
- Robust understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, postbacks, conversion validation, and campaign reporting.
- Ability to troubleshoot campaign delivery challenges, optimize publisher performance, and scale profitable traffic.
- Strong analytical, commercial negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving campaign delivery, revenue, and profitability targets. ## Preferred Qualifications
- Existing publisher relationships in eCommerce, Travel, Retail, Finance, Insurance, and Lead Generation verticals.
- Experience working with affiliate platforms such as CJ, Partnerize, Admitad, and Everflow.
- Knowledge of diverse traffic sources, including content publishers, comparison websites, coupon and cashback platforms, native advertising, paid media, and email marketing.
- Previous experience managing an affiliate delivery or publisher management team. ##
