We help students become confident, articulate, and impactful communicators through structured, engaging, and interactive online sessions. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and passionate Public Speaking Coach who can inspire young learners, deliver high-quality lessons, and help students develop into confident speakers. Role OverviewAs a Public Speaking Coach at TitanKid, you will conduct engaging online classes for students, primarily in the US, helping them develop strong communication, speech delivery, debating, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent command of spoken English, a neutral and clear accent, a strong understanding of speech structure, and proven experience in teaching public speaking to children and teenagers.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct engaging, structured, and interactive online public speaking classes for students aged 4–18.
• Teach speech structure, speech writing, introductions, hooks, conclusions, and persuasive techniques.
• Train students in voice modulation, enunciation, articulation, fluency, and effective delivery.
• Coach students in debating, argument development, rebuttals, critical thinking, and persuasive speaking.
• Develop students' impromptu speaking, storytelling, presentation, and conversational skills.
• Help students organise ideas, build strong arguments, and communicate with clarity and confidence.
• Provide constructive feedback on speech content, delivery, body language, and overall presentation.
• Design engaging speaking activities, roleplays, debates, and practice exercises tailored to students' age and proficiency.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and the academic team.
• Follow TitanKid's curriculum,



teaching standards, lesson plans, and student assessment guidelines.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and consistent communication with the operations team. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 5 years of qualified experience in public speaking, communication training, or related teaching roles.
• Proven prior experience working as a Public Speaking Coach, preferably teaching children and teenagers.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• A clear, neutral, and easily understandable English accent.
• Strong knowledge of speech structure, speech writing, and presentation techniques.
• Excellent debating skills, including argument construction, rebuttals, counterarguments, and persuasive reasoning.
• Strong understanding of voice modulation, enunciation, articulation, fluency, and speech delivery.
• Ability to teach complex communication concepts in a simple, engaging, and age-appropriate manner.
• Energetic, expressive, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching.
• Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to provide specific, constructive, and encouraging feedback.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage lesson plans and student progress.
• A reliable internet connection, a laptop or desktop, a good-quality microphone, and a quiet teaching environment.
• Ability to commit to a consistent night-shift schedule aligned with US time zones. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, English Literature, Communication, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Experience teaching students from the US or working with international students.
• Experience preparing students for debates, speech competitions,



Model United Nations (MUN), TED-style talks, and presentations.
• Familiarity with age-appropriate teaching methodologies and student-centred learning.
• Certifications in public speaking, communication, English language teaching, or related fields.
• Experience conducting one-on-one online classes.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools. Compensation & Work Details
• Remuneration: ₹500 per hour.

• Shift: Night shift, aligned with US student schedules.
