Your Role
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps/Cloud engineers. Define the platform engineering roadmap and best practices with engineering leadership.
• Architect and own GCP infrastructure (GKE, CloudSQL, Memorystore Redis, Pub/Sub, VMs, Vertex AI) for a platform serving 50M+ users, including VPC, DNS and firewall design.
• Own Kubernetes strategy, covering multi-cluster/multi-region setup, upgrades, scaling and service mesh, plus Docker container standards across the organisation.
• Own CI/CD (Jenkins, GitOps/ArgoCD) and Terraform-based IaC governance, with automation in Shell and Python.
• Set observability, SLA/SLO and alerting standards (Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos, Datadog, New Relic). Run on-call, incident management and post-mortems.
• Drive cloud cost optimisation and FinOps, secrets management (HashiCorp Vault), and security and compliance readiness. Must Have




• 7+ years of hands-on DevOps/Cloud/SRE experience, including 2+ years leading or mentoring a team, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Kong Gateway, Jenkins CI/CD and Terraform, plus strong Shell and Python scripting
• Robust command of GCP (CloudSQL, GKE, Memorystore Redis, Pub/Sub, VMs, AI) with solid Linux and networking fundamentals
• Track record of architecting and operating high-traffic, high-concurrency infrastructure using observability stacks such as Grafana, Prometheus and Thanos
• Working knowledge of MLOps tooling Good to Have

• Prior experience in gaming, real-time, or other high-concurrency consumer platforms
