About the role
ABC Legal is building its team for retainer work for a corporate client. We need a lawyer who can dig in, work hard, and support the partner on commercial drafting, advisory and day-to-day counsel for a demanding live retainer. This is not a dramatic career-jump advert. It is for someone with zeal, determination and a practical mindset. What you will do
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and related documents
• Research and note regulatory and compliance points clearly for the partner
• Work with the client’s teams in plain language
• Keep files,



versions and status notes in order
• Own workstreams and turn work around to commercial timelines Who should apply

B. from a recognised Indian university; enrolled with a State Bar Council
• Comfortable drafting in English and working to deadlines
• Zeal, determination and a practical mindset — we care about how you work, not only where you trained
• Discretion with confidential and commercially sensitive material
• Relevant prior experience that you can discuss at interview is welcome; it is not a hard filter
