Role Description This full-time, in office Security Officer role is based in Delhi, India. The Security Officer will monitor and secure designated naval facilities, control access points, verify identification, and ensure compliance with security protocols. Daily tasks include conducting security patrols, reporting and documenting incidents, coordinating with other security and defense personnel, and responding promptly to any security alerts. The role also involves maintaining situational awareness, supporting emergency procedures, and participating in regular drills and briefings to uphold high security standards.



Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to monitor premises, manage access control, and follow established security procedures.
• Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify and report potential threats or irregularities.
• Capacity to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure or emergency situations.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with colleagues, documenting incidents, and following written and verbal instructions.
• Physical fitness appropriate for patrol duties, standing for extended periods, and participating in emergency response activities.
• Background in security, law enforcement, defense services, or related fields is an advantage.
• Familiarity with basic security equipment and reporting tools; willingness to learn and follow Indian Navy security standards.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and adherence to all regulations and codes of discipline.
