Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Lead – Sales who can manage a team of sales executives, drive admissions and revenue targets, and ensure an excellent student counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Monitor daily team performance, conversion ratios and individual productivity.
• Handle prospective student and parent enquiries and support the team in converting leads into admissions.
• Guide team members on effective counselling, follow-ups and objection handling.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and proper lead management through CRM.




• Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve team conversions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Eligibility Criteria
• 3-4 years of experience in sales/team handling.
• Prior experience in education sales, inside sales or admission counselling will be preferred.
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Kannada.
• Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
• Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills. Preferred Candidate Profile

• Should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Should be proactive, result-oriented and comfortable working from the office.
• Should be capable of handling escalations and supporting team members in closing admissions.
