Manager – Procurement Level: Middle Management

Location:

Experience:
7–10 years in procurement, with team-handling experience

Education:
Any Graduate, MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain preferred

Salary:
8-10 Lakh/A Role Overview To lead the procurement function and team, ensuring the right quality, quantity and price, timely availability of materials/products, and full compliance with company purchase policy.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and guide the procurement team across the end-to-end purchase cycle.
• Plan purchases with sales and supply chain teams based on demand and stock levels.
• Develop and evaluate vendors; finalize rate contracts and agreements.
• Negotiate price,



payment terms and delivery timelines for high-value purchases.
• Review quotation comparisons and approve Purchase Orders (POs).
• Drive cost savings and resolve escalated supply, quality and delivery issues.
• Prepare procurement MIS for management and ensure SOPs and ERP are followed. Skills & Competencies
• Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Team leadership and stakeholder coordination.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP.
