Saanvi Nirman, Ahmedabad is looking for a high-performance Project Sales Head/Sales Manger/Sales Executive who can take complete ownership of the project’s sales engine — from lead generation to final closure. This is not just a Sales Head position. This is a business ownership role. ? THE MANDATE
• Take end-to-end ownership of Project Sales & Revenue
• Build, lead, motivate and drive the entire Sales Team
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to generate quality leads and improve ROI
• Develop, activate and strengthen a powerful Channel Partner / Broker Network
• Closely monitor Telecalling, IVR, CRM & Online Lead Generation
• Improve Lead → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booking Conversion
• Personally intervene in critical negotiations & high-value closures
• Track team productivity, lead ageing, follow-ups and conversion ratios
• Identify sales gaps and remove bottlenecks immediately




• Handle customer escalations and mitigate sales-related disputes
• Create accountability across the entire project sales team
