Role Description The Head–Compliances is a full time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for leading and overseeing the organization’s compliance framework across all operations. This role includes designing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies and procedures aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in India and relevant international markets. The Head–Compliances will conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and internal reviews, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address gaps and implement corrective actions. Day-to-day responsibilities include staying current on regulatory changes, advising leadership on compliance risks,



coordinating with legal counsel when required, and ensuring timely reporting and documentation to regulatory bodies. The role also involves creating compliance training programs, promoting a culture of ethical conduct, and supporting continuous improvement in governance and risk management. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, with the ability to develop and implement organization-wide compliance frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Regulations and Legal Compliance related to manufacturing, exports, environmental standards, and labor practices.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for assessing compliance risks, interpreting regulatory requirements, and generating actionable insights.
• Experience in designing and conducting compliance audits, internal controls, and risk mitigation plans.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, and to influence decision-making through clear, concise guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for policy drafting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law, Finance, Company Secretary, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in compliance or governance are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a senior compliance or governance role within manufacturing, FMCG, or related sectors is highly desirable.
