The ideal candidate should have a strong AWS and Docker platform engineer with hands-on experience supporting production applications at L2/L3. The candidate should be comfortable troubleshooting across cloud infrastructure, containers, operating systems, storage and application layers. Digital pathology, WSI, DICOM or broader Life Sciences exposure is preferred and will be considered a domain advantage. Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically Amazon S3, EC2, Auto Scaling and RDS.
• Robust hands-on experience with Docker, including image creation, container deployment, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing or orchestrating containerized application environments.
• Strong Linux and/or Windows system administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Scripting experience using Python, Bash and/or PowerShell.
• Experience providing L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications or technology platforms.
• Experience with application deployments, environment configuration, runtime troubleshooting and release support.




• Experience using infrastructure or application monitoring tools for availability, performance and capacity management.
• Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, rollback and blue/green deployment concepts.
• Ability to independently investigate incidents, identify root causes and coordinate resolution across application and infrastructure teams.
• Prior experience supporting digital pathology platforms, whole slide imaging viewers or pathology image management systems.
• Knowledge of DICOM and/or whole-slide image formats and associated metadata.
• Experience processing, storing or managing large scientific or medical image datasets.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Laboratory or R&D; environments.
• Familiarity with high-availability patterns, observability, infrastructure-as-code or CI/CD practices. Preferred Skills
• Digital pathology, AWS or broader Life Sciences exposure is preferred and will be considered a domain advantage.
