Role Description The Operations Manager – US Healthcare RCM will oversee day-to-day revenue cycle management operations, ensuring timely and accurate billing, coding, claims submission, follow-up, and payment posting. This full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad includes managing and mentoring RCM teams, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to meet client service level agreements. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, resolving escalations, and ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations and payer requirements.



The Operations Manager will also be responsible for reporting, forecasting workload, resource planning, and supporting business growth through operational excellence. Qualifications
• Strong US Healthcare RCM knowledge, including end-to-end medical billing, coding processes, denials management, and payer guidelines.
• Demonstrated experience in operations management, team leadership, performance monitoring, and process optimization in a healthcare or RCM environment.
• Proficiency with medical billing software, practice management systems, and basic data/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards).
• Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to handle escalations, collaborate with physician practices, and coordinate across teams.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in RCM or medical billing are an advantage.
• Prior experience in US-based medical billing companies or third-party RCM service providers is highly preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and align with US time zones as required.
