Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Kerala, India. The Relationship Manager will manage and nurture customer relationships, providing guidance on insurance products, policy features, and claims processes. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting needs-based discussions, recommending suitable insurance solutions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.



The Relationship Manager will also support sales and retention efforts, follow compliance guidelines, and contribute feedback to improve customer experience and service quality. Qualifications
• Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term engagement.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities for interacting with diverse customers and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of insurance products, financial services, and consultative selling in a digital-first environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
• Ability to work independently in office, manage multiple customer accounts, and meet performance targets and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in insurance, banking, or fintech is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Kerala, with a customer-centric mindset and high ethical standards.
