Role Description The SEO Associate (4 Years) role at Dreamcast is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. The role involves planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support lead generation goals for Dreamcast’s event tech solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing keyword research, optimizing on-page elements, managing technical SEO tasks,



and collaborating with content and marketing teams to align SEO objectives with overall campaign goals. The SEO Associate will monitor performance using analytics and SEO tools, prepare regular reports, and recommend data-backed improvements to site structure, content, and user experience. The role also includes staying current with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices to ensure long-term, sustainable growth in search rankings. Qualifications
• Strong SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices.
• Experience using SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and rank trackers).
• Ability to collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations and support integrated campaigns.
• Solid analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present clear, actionable insights.
• 4+ years of experience in SEO or a closely related digital marketing role, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with event industry or event technology domains is an advantage.
