Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Structural BIM Modeller with 3+ years of hands-on experience in structural BIM modelling, detailing, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have robust proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure and experience working on international/Gulf projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop accurate 3D structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit Structure.
• Prepare structural models for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, and other structural elements.
• Create detailed structural drawings, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
• Work on reinforcement modelling and detailing, where required.
• Ensure models meet project requirements and specified LOD 400/LOD 500 standards.
• Coordinate with Architectural and MEP teams to resolve design clashes.




• Perform model updates based on engineering drawings and project revisions.
• Maintain BIM standards, modelling accuracy, and quality requirements.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection activities using Navisworks. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma / BE / B.
Tech in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Structural BIM Modelling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure.
• Experience working on Gulf projects is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LOD 400 and LOD 500 modelling.
• Knowledge of structural elements, detailing, and construction drawings.
• Experience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
• Good understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience in reinforcement modelling and rebar detailing is a plus.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM coordination workflows.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards and project requirements.
