Key Responsibilities
• Provide L3 technical implementation, troubleshooting and operational support for AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Analyze incidents and problems,
perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop automation scripts, IaC modules and pipelines with appropriate change governance.
• Monitor platform health, performance, security and capacity and recommend proactive improvements.
• Collaborate with architects, SMEs and support teams to resolve escalations and improve service reliability. Good to Have

• Cloud migration experience
