Role Description This is a full-time, on-site E-commerce & Quick Commerce Executive/Assistant Manager role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing online listings, pricing, and product content across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing product representation. Responsibilities include tracking orders, coordinating with operations and logistics teams for timely fulfillment, and monitoring inventory levels to prevent stock-outs. The role requires analyzing sales and performance data, optimizing promotions and campaigns, and supporting customer service teams with order-related queries or issues. The executive/assistant manager will also collaborate with marketing to improve visibility, drive conversions,



and enhance the overall online customer experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Commerce knowledge with familiarity in e-commerce and quick commerce operations.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and platform representatives.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to support revenue growth through assortments, promotions, and platform-specific strategies.
• Experience working with major e-commerce or quick commerce platforms (such as Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart) is beneficial.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets or basic reporting tools and comfort working with numbers is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous; relevant experience in FMCG or snacks categories is a plus.
• Ability to work in office in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
