Role Description The AV Technical Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining audio-visual systems including displays, projectors, lighting, speakers, and video conferencing equipment. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site assessments, performing system tests, troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues, and ensuring optimal AV performance in meeting rooms, training areas, and event spaces. The AV Technical Engineer will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to design solutions, provide technical support during live sessions, and document configurations and maintenance activities. The role also involves adhering to safety standards, following company procedures, and staying current with emerging AV technologies and best practices. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled AV Design & Presales Engineer to design, recommend, and deliver enterprise Audio Visual and Unified Communication solutions.



The ideal candidate will have experience in AV system design, solution consulting, BOM/BOQ preparation, customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical support for collaboration technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.

Key Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end AV and video conferencing solutions for boardrooms, meeting rooms, auditoriums, training centers, BSFI, Hospitals and educational institutions.
• Gather customer requirements and develop technical solution architectures.
• Prepare BOQ/BOM, compliance statements, technical proposals, and solution documentation.
• Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (POC) sessions.
• Work closely with OEMs, consultants, system integrators, channel partners, and end customers to finalize solutions.
• Support the sales team in technical discussions, RFP/RFQ responses, and tender submissions.
• Provide technical training and knowledge transfer sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Assist in commissioning, troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, and post-sales technical support.
• Ensure interoperability between multiple OEM products and collaboration platforms.
• Stay current with emerging AV technologies and industry best practices. Required Technical Skills
