Job Description
• Direct and manage all clinical departments, ICU, OT, and emergency care services for seamless operations.
• Manage medical staff scheduling, consultant assignments, clinical workflows, and overall skilled discipline.
• Handle all medico-legal cases (MLCs) and ensure strict institutional compliance with state and central healthcare laws.
• Coordinate closely with the Hospital Administrator to balance clinical infrastructure needs with the facility's budget.
• Address and resolve patient clinical grievances, maintaining high medical ethics and patient satisfaction.




• Core Responsibilities for Quality & NABH Assurance:
• Take full ownership of Quality Assurance (QA) policies, clinical audits, and hospital indicator tracking.
• Partner with the Nursing Superintendent to aggressively enforce strict infection control and hospital-acquired infection (HAI) monitoring.
• Develop, update, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) required to maintain institutional audit readiness.
• Manage inter-departmental training programs to keep medical and nursing teams aligned with safety standards.
