• The entire stack: customer and instructor apps, RTO and licensing, car commerce, internal tools and LaneBuddy, joined into one customer record from first lesson to first car.
• Lane Buddy: grow it from detection model into products that correct risky habits before they become accidents, reward safe drivers through insurance and give authorities a explicit view of road risk.
• The data layer:



secure, reliable pipelines for high-frequency sensor and product data at scale, with DPDP-compliant consent and sharing, built to a standard governments and enterprises can depend on.
• Partnerships and team: represent Lane’s technology with government, enterprises and investors; lead and grow a team that is already shipping. In 12 months: LaneBuddy’s detection and intervention model is live in the customer and instructor apps, its first government and enterprise partnerships are running, and the platform and team are ready for scale. Who you are
• You have taken a product from scratch to scale in fast-moving startups and owned the customer journey end to end.
• You have built systems that process very large volumes of data, ideally high-frequency telemetry, and kept them reliable in production.
• You hold a high bar for quality and security; large customers or regulators have trusted your systems.
• You build with a team, not around it, can still go deep on architecture, and are at ease in a room with government, enterprise partners and investors. Good to have: sensors, telematics or on-device ML; consumer marketplaces in India; mobility or insurtech. The offer: Top-of-market compensation, a meaningful ESOP and a founding leadership seat.
