Role Description The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing visual and digital content that aligns with client briefs and Capture Artisanal’s brand standards. This full-time, on-site role in Kolkata involves creating photo and video assets for weddings, brand campaigns, product shoots, reels, corporate events, and social media. Daily tasks include coordinating with the photography and production team, storyboarding and scripting short-form content, capturing behind-the-scenes material, and optimizing assets for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels. The role also includes collaborating on AI-enhanced workflows, organizing content libraries, preparing deliverables, and assisting with basic copywriting, captions, and content calendars. The Digital Content Creator will work closely with the founder and studio team to ensure each project meets high creative and technical standards while adhering to timelines. Qualifications
• Strong skills in digital content creation, including photography or videography, visual storytelling,



and short-form content such as reels and social clips.
• Experience with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar), including color correction, sound syncing, and basic motion graphics.
• Ability to plan and structure content (storyboarding, scripting, shot lists) for weddings, brand campaigns, product shoots, and corporate events.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics, including content optimization for Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.
• Comfort working with or learning AI-powered tools and workflows for editing, retouching, and content delivery.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a rapid-paced studio environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with creative, production, and client-facing teams.
