Role Description The Project Proposal Manager – Turnkey Projects is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal process for turnkey industrial machinery and engineering projects, including gathering client requirements, coordinating with engineering and sales teams, and preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing tender documents, defining project scope, preparing cost estimates, timelines, and resource plans, and ensuring proposals align with company standards and client specifications. The position also involves liaising with cross-functional stakeholders, maintaining proposal documentation, supporting negotiations,



and tracking proposal outcomes to continuously improve proposal quality and win rates. The manager is expected to uphold high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all project proposal activities. Qualifications
• Strong project management and coordination skills, with experience handling multiple proposals or tenders simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of engineering or industrial machinery projects; prior experience with turnkey or EPC-style projects is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimation, budgeting, and risk assessment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, sales, finance, and operations teams.
• High level of attention to detail, analytical thinking, and structured documentation practices.
• Comfort with standard office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office suite) and, ideally, proposal or project management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
• Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment and familiarity with tendering processes in these sectors.
