Role Description The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reliability for client and internal systems. Day-to-day tasks include implementing and testing automation workflows, integrating hardware and software components, and optimizing existing processes using control systems and robotics. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, and documenting configurations and procedures for ongoing support.



The Automation Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Automation and Process Control skills for designing and optimizing automated systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering skills for understanding circuits, sensors, actuators, and control hardware.
• Candidates should possess practical Robotics and Automation skills for implementing robotic solutions and integrating them with control systems.
• Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving system and process issues.
• Relevant experience with PLCs, SCADA, industrial communication protocols, and scripting or programming languages used in automation.
• Ability to read technical drawings, create documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with safety standards, quality assurance practices, and continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
