Position Overview We are seeking a passionate psychologist to join our team as a Therapy Experience Manager to play a crucial role in connecting clients with the right mental health professionals. • Master's degree in Psychology (required)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new tools
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities
Client Management




• Conduct initial intake and introduction calls with recent clients
• Administer and manage assessment tools and scales
• Collect and analyze client feedback
• Guide clients through the matching process Therapist Coordination
• Maintain regular communication with empaneled therapists
• Facilitate smooth client-therapist partnerships
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for documentation and process improvements Administrative Duties
• Maintain detailed records of client-therapist interactions
• Handle email communications and documentation
• Support business development initiatives
• Contribute and engage in marketing and content related activities, including ideating, writing and recording content Ideal Candidate Profile We're looking for someone who:
