Job Description
We are looking for a Lead – SRE / Cloud Operations with 8–10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, operations and production support. The candidate will be responsible for leading cloud operations, overseeing monitoring and incident management, driving troubleshooting and resolution of production issues, and ensuring the availability,



reliability and performance of cloud environments. The role involves managing an Azure-based cloud environment, with an ongoing migration to Google Cloud, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth 24/7 operations.

Key Responsibilities
• To provide first-line production support for a predominantly Azure-based cloud environment, with an ongoing migration to Google Cloud.
• Involves working in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 support availability.
• Collaborate with customer cross-functional teams to resolve issues, monitor cloud services, and maintain high system uptime.
• Involves monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, runbook authoring and execution, and escalation of production issues following defined process. Mandatory

Skills:
• Solid hands-on experience in Azure, GCP cloud operations/support.
• Incident management, escalation, customer co-ordination, production support. Nice-to-have

Skills:
• Cloud Run, Terraform, Git, CI/CD.
• Good communication skills and team coordination
