Role Description The Electrical Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, supporting electrical operations for industrial and semiconductor-related projects. This role includes overseeing electrical maintenance activities, coordinating power distribution systems, and assisting in electrical design reviews and implementation. The Electrical Assistant Manager works closely with project and engineering teams to plan, monitor, and troubleshoot electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Daily responsibilities include supervising technicians, inspecting installations,



resolving electrical issues, preparing reports, and supporting commissioning of new equipment and systems. The role also involves liaising with clients and vendors, contributing to continuous improvement, and ensuring reliable electrical performance across facilities. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Electricity and fundamental electrical principles applicable to industrial environments.
• Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Design for systems used in manufacturing and process industries.
• Experience in Electrical Maintenance, including preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Understanding of Power Distribution systems, load management, and safety standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in semiconductor, petrochemical, or similar industrial settings is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Robust problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication and organizational skills, with experience supervising technicians or junior staff preferred.
