Role Description This is a full-time, on-site E-Commerce Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The E-Commerce Executive will manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across online marketplaces and the company’s e-commerce platforms. Daily responsibilities include monitoring inventory and orders, coordinating with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment, and maintaining accurate product information. The role involves tracking sales performance, analyzing customer behavior and platform metrics,



and supporting online marketing campaigns to improve visibility, conversions, and customer engagement. The E-Commerce Executive will also handle basic customer queries related to online orders, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the online buying experience. Qualifications
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces, including listing management, catalog maintenance, and order processing.
• Skills in data analysis, basic reporting, and use of spreadsheets or dashboards to track sales performance and customer behavior.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEO for product listings, online merchandising, and promotional campaign coordination.
