Role Description The Dispatch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of dry fruits and related products. This full time, on-site role based in Ludhiana includes planning and scheduling deliveries, coordinating with warehouse and transport teams, and monitoring order status to meet customer and internal deadlines. The role involves supervising dispatch staff, maintaining stock and dispatch records, optimizing routes and loads, and ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures. The Dispatch Manager will also communicate with internal team for stock management,



customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, improve service levels, and support overall operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage dispatch staff and coordinate day-to-day team activities.
• Hands-on experience in Dispatching and Operations Management within logistics, distribution, or related environments.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze data and use basic tools for tracking shipments, inventory, and delivery performance.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Knowledge of local transport regulations and routing practices; experience in FMCG or food industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency with office and dispatch software; familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is beneficial.
• Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Should have solution oriented mindset, ability to maintain stock, inform re order alerts.
