We're hiring a full time long-form video editor. We run a YouTube agency and also own a few channels. This role is for one of them, in the space niche: long-form documentaries. The kind of work we're aiming for

What you'll do
• Edit long-form documentary videos from script and voiceover
• Build pacing and story so viewers stay till the end
• Sound design: music, ambience and sound effects that feel cinematic
• Final polish: colour, text, export What comes from our side Script, AI generations, stock and motion graphics. You handle assembly, pacing,



sound design and final polish. Who we're looking for
• Freshers and editors with 0 to 3 years of experience are welcome
• You love storytelling and have a good ear for sound
• Bonus if you've edited faceless, documentary or narration-led YouTube videos
• Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve Details
• Full-time, remote
• Process: short call, then a small sample edit, then monthly role To apply, share one video you've edited and your current/expected monthly pay.
