What You Will Do Do you enjoy turning complex business needs into modern, scalable technology solutions? As a Manager, Tech Lead supporting Retirement Strategies, you will partner with product owners, designers, engineers, delivery professionals, and technology leaders to launch financial products using contemporary architectural approaches. You will guide technical direction, build consensus, develop engineers,



and translate broad deliverables into actionable plans aligned with enterprise modernization strategy. What You Can Expect
• Develop, maintain, and modernize the services and capabilities within your scope.
• Own technical design and infrastructure and environment strategy, including deployment approaches for team deliverables.
• Partner with product owners and technology leaders to shape roadmaps, evaluate design and integration options, and influence delivery decisions.
• Monitor service performance, uptime, and health while establishing strong operational and development practices.
• Mentor engineers, support code reviews and domain ownership, and remove complex technical impediments affecting delivery. What You Will Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-4 years of hands-on application-development experience using Java, Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, React, or Angular.
• 2-3 years of experience leading small to mid-sized teams and leveraging diverse perspectives to achieve results.
• Experience with Agile development, Test-Driven Development, and designing and developing financial-services applications.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, executive communication, and stakeholder-influence skills. What will set you apart?
• Experience developing Java or Python applications using the AWS development stack.
• Experience with ECS, containers, GitHub, Kong or Apigee, and authentication and authorization patterns for Java services.
• Strong understanding of technology modernization strategy and emerging technologies.
• Ability to communicate sophisticated technical solutions clearly to business and executive audiences.
