We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Oracle Retail implementations, upgrades, and support engagements. The candidate should have previously managed Oracle Retail projects and possess excellent project management, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership capabilities. The individual will be responsible for managing project delivery for our client’s engagement, ensuring timelines, quality, resource coordination, and customer expectations are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Retail project delivery.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and governance.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with technical, functional, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide project progress reports.
• Manage resource allocation, utilization,



and delivery commitments.
• Identify potential delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to project quality standards and customer expectations.
• Manage escalations and drive timely resolution of project issues. Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Oracle Retail projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Retail applications and their implementation lifecycle.
• Experience managing Oracle Retail modules such as RMS, RPM, ReIM, ReSA, RIB, and related integrations.
• Positive understanding of retail business processes, including merchandising, inventory, pricing, and supply chain.
• Strong experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications.
• Experience working with US-based retail customers.
