• Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (CHN) Jd Job Summary 5–7 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering roles in large-scale enterprise environments. CI/CD and build/release engineering experience with tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, artifact repositories (e.g., Nexus/Artifact Registry), and quality gates (SonarQube). Strong troubleshooting skills across build failures, deployment issues, and environment instability; ability to identify root cause using logs/metrics. Monitoring, Alerting, And Observability Hands-on experience with Splunk and/or Current Relic (dashboards, alert creation, threshold tuning, and incident support) Experience working with on-call processes and incident response workflows (acknowledgement, triage, escalation, PIR follow-ups) Cloud & Platform Fundamentals Working knowledge of GCP and Kubernetes/GKE operational concepts (deployments, pod/node troubleshooting, scaling,



resource saturation) Automation And Scripting Shell/Python (or equivalent) for automation, operational tooling, and reliability improvements Working knowledge of ITSM / change management workflows and integrations (e.g., Jira/ServiceNow), and operational hygiene (ticket updates, status communication). Strong collaboration and documentation skills (clear runbooks/SOPs; ability to coordinate across IST/EST time zones). Infrastructure as Code with Terraform; experience standardizing platform capabilities through reusable modules/patterns. Understanding of SRE practices (SLOs/SLIs, toil reduction, post-incident actions), consistent with the platform pillar expectations. Exposure to security and governance in CI/CD (secrets handling, container policies, separation of duties, access controls).
