Upasani Super Speciality Hospital Pvt Ltd(USSH) Duration: 6 months – 1 year (as per performance and learning progress) About the Fellowship: This fellowship program provides comprehensive, hands-on training in Knee Arthroplasty and Joint Replacement Surgery under the guidance of experienced orthopaedic surgeons. The program is designed for motivated postgraduates who wish to gain in-depth exposure to advanced joint replacement procedures and patient management. Eligibility:
• MS / DNB / D.
Ortho
• Candidates with keen interest in arthroplasty and joint reconstruction
• Prior exposure to orthopaedic surgery preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in primary and revision total knee replacement surgeries
• Participate in preoperative planning and postoperative management of patients
• Conduct ward rounds,



OPD consultations, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation
• Engage in academic discussions, research projects, and clinical audits
• Present cases during departmental meetings and conferences Learning Opportunities:
• Exposure to advanced arthroplasty techniques and instrumentation
• Hands-on experience in patient evaluation, surgical assistance, and rehabilitation protocols
