• The Domain Trainer develops content, delivers training, and manages external certifications for Investment Banking and Broker Dealer domains. The role identifies certification partners, builds domain expertise, supports people development and remedial training, and drives continuous improvement. Responsibilities include tracking training progress and reporting outcomes to Training and Operations.

trend analysis, and reporting is required, along with people management, critical thinking, problem solving, and issue resolution skills. What are we looking for?
• Responsible for developing domain content, delivering training, assessing learning needs, and coaching teams. Manage Investment Banking and Broker Dealer certifications, training modules, and trainer backups.
Drive continuous knowledge improvement, remediation training, progress reporting, stakeholder engagement,domain expertise,and customer satisfaction. The candidate should have strong L1 and L2 knowledge of Investment Banking and Broker Dealer domains, with experience in training delivery and learner assessment.
