KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead end-to-end industrial electrical project execution.
• Develop project schedules, execution strategies and manpower deployment plans.
• Manage HT/LT electrical installations and associated infrastructure.
• Coordinate with clients, PMC, consultants and other contractors.
• Lead project engineers, supervisors and site execution teams.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, quality and timelines.
• Review electrical drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
• Manage material planning, site coordination, measurements and billing.
• Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards.




• Resolve technical challenges and drive timely project completion. CANDIDATE PROFILE

Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–12+ years of relevant industrial electrical project experience.
• Strong exposure to greenfield manufacturing and industrial projects.
• Proven ability to independently manage large-scale site execution.
• Excellent knowledge of HT/LT systems, cable laying, termination, earthing and electrical infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination and decision-making skills.
