• Develop and implement academic policies and procedures that align with CBSE guidelines.
• Coordinate the academic curriculum and ensure it meets the educational standards set by the CBSE.
• Oversee the planning and execution of academic programs and schedules.
• Monitor and evaluate the academic performance of students and teachers.
• Facilitate teacher training and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administration to foster a positive learning workplace.
• Manage academic records and documentation in compliance with CBSE requirements. Skills and Qualifications




• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in academic coordination or a related role in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and educational policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
