Experience:
• 4–5+ years of recruitment experience, with substantial Non-IT recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for multiple Non-IT job functions and industries.
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Good understanding of Non-IT candidate profiles and job functions.
• Solid candidate screening, communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment/submission targets.
• US recruitment/staffing experience is preferred.
