collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the development of win strategies for deals.- Negotiate effectively with clients to secure successful outcomes.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform deal strategies.- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Enablement.- Solid understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales performance.
