About the RolesWe're looking for experienced Senior Accountants to join our finance team and own financial reporting, compliance, payroll and billing for their regions. We're hiring for two roles:•Senior Accountant, Australia (Financial Reporting, Compliance, Payroll, Billing & Commercial Reporting)•Senior Accountant, India & USA (Financial Reporting, Compliance, Payroll, Billing & Invoice Reconciliations)Both roles are individual-contributor positions for accountants who take pride in accurate, well-controlled books and want to build real depth in a growing global consulting business. prepayments and balance sheet reconciliationsFinancial compliance activities for India and USAPayroll processing for India and USABillingContribute budget inputsInvoice and client payment reconciliation between Ruddr and Xero for India and USA clientsAP and AR back-up cover for India and USAWhat We're Looking ForMin 8 years' accounting experience, including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and payroll, ideally in consulting, professional services or a shared-services environmentQualified or part-qualified accountant (CA, CPA, CMA or equivalent) preferredRole-specific experience:Australia: Australian payroll, compliance and reporting; commercial or management reporting such as profitability, utilisation and forecasting; sales commission reportingIndia & USA: India and US compliance and payroll; invoice and receipts reconciliationWorking knowledge of Xero, Zoho Books or QuickBooks; experience with Ruddr or a comparable PSA/time-and-billing tool is a strong plusStrong Excel skillsStrong attention to detail, with comfort owning full-cycle processes and meeting close deadlines with minimal supervisionClear written and verbal English for working with Australia,
