100ms builds AI agents that automate patient access in US healthcare: benefits verification, prior authorization and referral intake for specialty pharmacies.We're looking for a hands-on HR Lead to run HR for our India team of 140+ people across Tech and Operations. You'll do the work yourself: writing policies, running payroll inputs, handling employee issues and driving hiring. You'll also build the processes we need to grow past 200. You'll work directly with our founders and US leadership.Working hours: Flexible, with regular evening overlap to support our US-shift Operations team.What you'll do:Run day-to-day HR for Tech and Ops: onboarding (with IT), exits, attendance and leaveManage the Ops workforce: shift rosters, overtime and night-shift policiesOwn hiring across Tech and Ops: headcount planning, agency partners, and batch hiring for OpsPrepare monthly payroll inputs and work with Finance, and check and sign off on the work of our payroll and compliance vendorManage benefits (insurance, NPS, the adaptable benefits plan) and HR vendors, including background checks and night-shift transportRun performance reviews,



probation confirmations and annual salary revisionsHandle employee relations, grievances, POSH and night-shift compliance, and be the person the night-shift team trustsRun engagement and retention initiatives, and report monthly HR metrics (headcount, attrition, hiring) to leadershipBuild the HR processes, tools and reporting we need as we growWhat success looks like in your first year:Performance reviews and salary revisions running smoothly for 200+ peopleMeasurably lower attrition in OpsA hiring process that fills Tech roles and Ops batches on time without lowering the barYou'll be a good fit if you:Have 7–10 years in HR, including time as the first or only HR person at a company of 50–200 employeesHave personally run payroll inputs, written policies, handled ER and POSH cases, and hiredHave worked with shift-based or operations-heavy teams (a big plus)Know Indian labour law and statutory compliance wellAre comfortable using AI and automation tools to make HR run fasterCommunicate clearly and are comfortable working with US-based leadershipHold a graduate degree. An MBA/PGDM in HR is welcome but not required.
