Responsibilities

- Manage assigned JSM cases comprehensively, guiding them from the login stage through to final disbursement.

- Serve as the dedicated contact for clients, facilitating smooth interactions and providing consistent progress updates throughout the loan journey.

- Gather all necessary documentation, signatures, and consent forms from applicants and accompany them to bank visits as needed.

- Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with designated bank branches and their officials to facilitate smooth operations.

- Orchestrate loan inspections, sanction approvals, documentation, and tranche releases while following up with branch leadership to accelerate processing.

- Address and resolve bank-related queries and documentation discrepancies within established deadlines.

- Oversee the timely execution of all loan processing phases, including inspections, sanctions, documentation, and disbursements.

- Monitor case progress closely to ensure adherence to specific turnaround times (TATs) and guarantee that second tranche disbursements occur within 10 days of the commissioning report upload.

- Escalate delays, uncooperative parties, or high-risk scenarios to the Reporting Manager and AGM - JSM Loans.

- Accurately log rejected or cancelled cases on the Freyr Energy Platform (FEP) with precise reasoning.

- Collaborate with the JSM Login Team to facilitate case re-login for customers wishing to proceed.

- Secure alternative bank details within four working days to enable case reprocessing.

- Upload all supporting documentation required for refund and rejection cases.

- Maintain accurate records on the Freyr Energy Platform (FEP) and JSM portal, including uploading UTR details and payment proofs post-disbursement.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly,



and visit planning reports in accordance with organizational requirements.

- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Loans, Liaison, and Collections teams to identify recurring documentation or KYC issues.

- Contribute feedback to drive process improvements and support initiatives designed to boost loan approval rates and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Minimum 60% marks in both 10th and 12th standard.

- Proficiency in English and the local language of the assigned location; knowledge of Hindi is preferred.

- Valid two-wheeler driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle.

- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.

- Comfortable using mobile applications and digital platforms for daily reporting and case tracking.

- Robust communication, customer handling, and relationship management skills.
