Mystery Monks is a cloud video production company offering video production packages to startups and corporates. Through our platform, MM Studio, clients work with experienced creative directors and teams to get their videos produced. We’re looking for a freelance Sales Executive to connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and help them find the right video solution. This is a commission-only role with no fixed salary. You can work flexible hours, with approximately two hours of work per day. Your Role
• Connect with inbound leads generated through our advertising and recommend suitable video production packages.
• Prepare custom quotes for bulk orders or unique requirements.
• Follow up with assigned leads at least twice a week and update their status in the CRM.
• Self-assign leads from the available pool after making initial contact.
• Negotiate and close deals with new and returning clients.
• Coordinate pro forma and final invoices, and follow up on client payments.
• Maintain client relationships and support clients with ongoing projects. Requirements
• At least two years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads, deals, and sales pipelines.
• An interest in selling digital services. Compensation
• 15% commission on the invoice amount, excluding GST, for sales to both new and returning clients.
