• Freshers: ₹25,000 in-hand per month
• Experienced Candidates: 20% hike on previous salary

Up to ₹33,000 in-hand per month
• ? Key Requirements
• Must be fluent in English with strong verbal & written communication skills
• Must have good customer support knowledge and a customer-first approach
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally via calls, chat & email
• Good problem-solving skills, empathy and patience




• Basic understanding of CRM/customer support tools is preferred
• Prior experience in Customer Support/Customer Experience is an advantage *? Role Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for assisting customers with queries related to memberships, bookings, payments and app usage, resolving concerns efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction (CSAT), and escalating complex issues when required.
