Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations for the Pune City office in an on-site, full-time capacity. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help with employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining personnel files in line with company policies.



Additional tasks may involve supporting HR data entry, coordinating basic employee engagement initiatives, and assisting with benefits-related queries under supervision. The role offers hands-on exposure to HR processes in a quick-paced media and entertainment environment. Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management.
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies.
• Basic familiarity with Employee Benefits administration or coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Pune City and collaborate within a creative, dynamic team.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent productivity tools; prior internship experience in HR is an advantage.
