Andheri East, Mumbai Working Days: 5 days a week Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Media Account Manager Intern to support our Account Management and Performance Marketing teams. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to manage client requirements, coordinate campaign execution, monitor performance and prepare reports. This role offers hands-on exposure to client servicing, digital advertising and performance marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist Account Managers in managing client requirements, day-to-day communication and account coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely delivery of client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly campaign performance reports using data from platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Compile, analyse and interpret campaign data, tracking key metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions and ROAS.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify trends and highlight insights and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare campaign briefs, presentations, performance reports and client updates.
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables and documentation to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in client meetings, follow-ups and internal discussions.
• Conduct market,



industry and competitor research to support campaign planning and account management. Skills & Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media and performance marketing platforms.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work with data, prepare reports and interpret basic campaign performance metrics.
• Robust analytical, organisational and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
